Who orders on the app?
Nobody. The app is only for your shop. Customers order on your website. The app receives the order, prints it, and lets you mark it done.
Do I keep all the money?
Yes. Every order from your website is 100% yours. We take no commission. You pay £50 a month and that's it.
What do I get for £50 a month?
Your website, the shop app, hosting, all the fixing and updating, and unlimited message support. If anything breaks, we fix it for free.
What's the £150 for?
That's the yearly fee for our partnership licensing with Dineabyte — the company that powers your website and app.
What's the £100 once for?
That's for the terminal — a device with a printer built in. We set it up and deliver it to you, ready to plug in and use.
Do I have to buy the terminal?
No. If you already have an Android device, you can use that. The terminal is only if you want a proper printer and till unit ready to go.
How long does it take?
Your website and shop app are usually live within 2 days. The terminal is delivered within a few days too.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No contract. Pay monthly. If you want to stop, just message us. No fees to leave.
Can I still use Just Eat and Uber Eats?
Yes. Lots of our customers do both. Use them to find new customers, then tell those customers to order direct next time and save money.
What if I need help?
